If you want to save money on your energy bills, or reduce the amount of fossil fuels you use, there are often a range of options available, which we can discuss with you.

We are running a number of drop-in sessions in the town centre, or you can make an appointment to talk to us face-to-face or via Zoom.

About Us

Saffron Walden Community Energy is a not for profit organisation set up to work on grass-roots carbon reduction initiatives in Saffron Walden and Uttlesford.

We were formally registered as Community Benefit Society at the start of 2021 and are currently being supported by Essex County Council and Community Energy South as we start our first projects.

We'd love to hear from you if you are wanting to save energy, learn more about renewable technologies or perhaps help in pushing our work forwards.

So please get in touch if you would like to find out more.
