Dear Householder,
Littlebury Parish Council has been asked by Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council to take part in a pilot project to find out how best to reduce the energy used for home heating and prepare for fossil fuels being phased out to combat climate change.
This questionnaire will give us better information to help all residents cut their energy use, have warmer, more efficient homes, and reduce carbon emissions. Please help by completing this survey.
